49CFR covers domestic shipments within the US. If your goods are moving through the US by road, rail or waterway, then 49CFR training or an awareness of the regulations may be a good idea.

Yes, we provide a loan copy of the regulations as part of the course fee.
What modes of transport does this training cover?
The 49 CFR regulations apply to the movement of all dangerous goods within the USA. This includes air, road & sea. Since most European shippers will mostly come into contact with road (or highway in 49 CFR terms), our training course will predominantly focus on highway transit. We will highlight the differences between 49 CFR and ADR, and the trainer can of course answer questions on any mode.
